the season of giving

While in school this year I'm not working full-time (hardly part-time while I think about it). This puts quite a pinch on our general, everyday budget and more so on our holiday expenditures. We'll need to be creative in our approach to gift giving and one such way is by making donations.



One charity I've already contributed to is called charity: water.
charity: water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. 100% of public donations directly fund water projects.

Here, a little bit of money can go a long way and you can feel extra good about your offering at the same time.

I should be doing this big work project right now but I need to let you know about this exhibit that's currently in my building at The Chelsea Market. It's by the organization charity: water. It's to raise money and awareness for sustainable, fresh, clean water for people around the world.

The photographs hanging around the Market are beautiful and the information is, well... informative.
